**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities for **IT infrastructure commercial projects**.
- Oversee the installation and execution of **MEP services, HVAC, fire electrical fitments, waterproofing systems, and other essential commercial infrastructure elements**.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with design specifications.
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Address on-site challenges and provide solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Coordinate material deliveries and inventory management to prevent project delays.
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are in place for smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum **3 years** of experience in supervising **commercial IT projects**.
- Strong understanding of **MEP services, HVAC systems, fire electrical fitment, and waterproofing systems**.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
