Early Childhood Educator

**Position Title**: Pre primary Educator
**Location**:
**Reports To**: Academic Coordinator/ Branch Head
**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Instruction and Curriculum Delivery**:
- Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Implement lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported.
- **Classroom Management**:
- Establish and maintain a well-organized, safe, and inviting classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and ensure a respectful and collaborative atmosphere.
- **Assessment and Documentation**:
- Observe and assess children's progress and development, using various assessment tools and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of children's achievements, challenges, and individual learning needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress and provide recommendations for further development.
- **Parental Involvement**:
- Foster strong relationships with parents and guardians, encouraging their active participation in their child's education.
- Organize and participate in parent-educator conferences, school events, and workshops to support family engagement.
- **Professional Development**:
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- **Health and Safety**:
- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of all children in the classroom.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures, including those related to first aid, emergency response, and sanitation.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. A teaching credential or certification in early childhood education is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience teaching young children in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
- **Skills and Abilities**:
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
**Working Conditions**:
- The role involves working primarily in a classroom setting with young children.
- Physical activity, including lifting, bending, and participating in activities with children, is required.
- Occasional evening or weekend hours may be necessary for parent meetings or school events.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Work Location: In person
