**Collections Specialist in the Workers Compensation Industry-**

As a Collections Specialist in the Workers Compensation Industry, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable related to workers' compensation claims. Your role will involve communicating with clients, analysing payment patterns, and implementing collection strategies to minimise outstanding balances while maintaining positive client relationships.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Account Management**: Monitor and manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments for outstanding workers' compensation claims.
- **Dispute Resolution**: Address and resolve billing disputes, collaborating with internal departments to provide accurate information and support to clients.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of collections activities and account statuses, generating regular reports for management.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all collection practices comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with claims adjusters and other departments to streamline the collections process and improve overall service delivery.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional service to clients, building strong relationships while pursuing collections.
- **Qualifications**:_
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, preferably within the workers' compensation or insurance industry
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collections software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with workers' compensation regulations and billing practices is a plus.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
