**Job Summary**

Ultimate Energy Resource Private Limited, located in Bhopal, manages the skills portfolio including the government schemes PMKVY, NULM, ESDM and Agriculture Spraying Drones contributing to the development of the skilling ecosystem in the country. Ultimate Remote Pilot Training Centre is one of the leading institutes that offer DGCA-approved training for Small category Agriculture Drones. The two-year experienced instructors provide comprehensive training through simulator and ground classes, including essential notes for a better understanding of drone technology. They offer a two-days theory and three-days simulator and ground classes training program. Accommodation facilities are also available for the convenience of students. Additionally, placement assistance is provided in Kisan drone operator run by Ultimate Energy Resource Pvt. Ltd. in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal at Ultimate Remote Pilot Training Center, a DGCA-certified training center. The role is for a Remote Pilot Instructor for Small and Medium Category drones. The instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality training to students for operating modern Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) on fields and farms, including theoretical, practical, and simulator training sessions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting UAV Flight Training courses, adhering to approved syllabi and TPM guidelines.
- Overseeing UAV operations to ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and safety protocols.
- Evaluating trainees' competency in various areas, including theoretical knowledge, laboratory training, simulator sessions, and practical flight training.
- Championing intellectual property rights protection and maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
- Maintaining and updating comprehensive student training records, tracking progress, and awarding certifications in alignment with established regulations.
- Strictly adhering to defined procedures and timelines as set forth in the approved RPTO TPM.
- Ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and fulfilling assigned roles and responsibilities.
- Conducting examinations in accordance with drone regulations, with an unwavering commitment to the security of examination questions.
- Delivering accurate and authorized course content to trainees through approved resources and materials.
- Remaining well-informed about changes in drone regulations, syllabus updates, and the latest advancements in UAV technology.
- Participating in ongoing training and education to maintain instructor qualifications and proficiency.
- Collaborating in the development of examination questions and validating them as required.
- Coordinating with the Planning/Scheduling team to facilitate Drone Training courses.
- Developing course materials based on approved syllabi.
- Standing in as a backup in the absence of maintenance staff.

**Qualifications**
- DGCA certified Remote Pilot Instructor Small & Medium Category
- Strong knowledge of operating and training small-category Agriculture Drones
- Ability to conduct interactive training sessions for students
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Must have passed Class 10+2 and completed ground training for Pilots from the DGCA-recognized Institute with 2 years of experience in operating drones
- Must have passed the Radio Telephony Restricted Aeronautical to communicate with pilots and air traffic control towers
- Must be willing to stay up-to-date with the latest drone and training regulations, technologies, and equipment
- Must be proficient in English and Hindi language

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
