We are currently seeking a SAP PMO to join our team in Chennai, Tamil N\u0101du (IN-TN), India (IN).

Job Description: Works with Product Owner & Sets the direction for the entire Projects team, manage Sprint Planning, Backlog Management. Creates, Contributes, and Implements the best practices. Develops and lays down processes and procedure for the organization. Budget Planning with the teams & vendors and works with the Product Owner. Manage the PO, Forecast, Proforma and Invoice Lifecycle till GR and Payment. Supporting with tasks such as status reporting, including monthly financial in consultation with the Finance team. Awareness of and understands various Project Models, Agile methodologies. Monitors the progress of all projects and deliverables. Drives continuous improvement in project deliveries and individual / team performance. Towards this, measures and analyses deliveries and performance across projects and timeline. Manages the same by planning Retro after every Sprint. Is proactive and the ultimate escalation point on all matters related to all project and the resource planning. Will look at Process efficiency and innovate methodology with a view to: To ensure value creation in the engagement. To proactively engage with the Product Owner to understand the business engagements. To proactively identify and mitigate risks & issues (including escalations) for delivery of the program. To manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives. To manage program deliveries within budget. Should be flexible to changes, adapt to new processes, Collaborative & Communicative
