As a seasoned project management office leader, you will play a crucial role in driving the establishment and governance of PMO frameworks aligned with SAP Activate phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality project documentation and presentations that adhere to organizational standards
  • Closely monitor project compliance with SAP Activate tools, templates, and methodology, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions to ensure delivery excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project execution, introducing process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and stakeholder engagement
  • Lead the continuous refinement of PMO processes and systems to support SAP program scalability, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment with business objectives

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in creating and refining PMO policies, frameworks, and governance models, as well as reviewing projects for adherence to organizational standards, tools, and templates.
