**Medical Social Worker - Business Development**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify patients who are in need of funds as per criteria defined by the company.
2. Interact with patients, understand their financial needs and check their background
3. Educate them about the concept of Crowdfunding and Ketto’s process in raising funds.
4. Creating a Campaign by writing their story, collecting relevant documents and uploading the same.
5. Create and maintain relationships with existing doctors/Medical Social workers as well as on-board new hospital partners.
6. Visiting hospitals for photo-shoots of the patients and assisting the photographers for the same.
7. Help the team with regular update calls with the patients/ hospitals.
8. Help the hospital point of contact with any pay-out queries or campaign queries.

**What you bring to the table**:
1. Open to travel on to the field.
2. Ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Empathy to understand the needs of the clients/patients.
5. Ability to do multi - tasking and work under pressure.
6. Willingness to work in team and participate in the team meetings.
7. Proficiency in MS Suite (PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Etc.)
8. Highly motivated self-starter with an eagerness to learn and grow.
9. Provide valuable insights for decision making.
10.Open to working flexible hours on occasion to handle requests from clients.
11.Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent is mandatory.
12.Prior experience in the non-profit sector is a huge plus but not mandatory.
