As a Social Care Worker, you will provide support and assistance to individuals and families facing social, emotional, and financial challenges. Your role will involve assessing needs, developing care plans, and facilitating access to services and resources. You will work collaboratively with other professionals, volunteers, and community organizations to enhance the well-being of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Assessment**: Conduct assessments to identify the needs and strengths of clients. Gather relevant information to develop personalized care plans.
- **Support and Advocacy**: Provide emotional support and advocacy for clients, helping them navigate social services and access resources.
- **Service Coordination**: Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and community organizations to coordinate services and support for clients.
- **Crisis Intervention**: Respond to crises and provide immediate support to clients in need, including crisis counseling and safety planning.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and progress. Prepare reports as required.
- **Community Outreach**: Engage with the community to raise awareness of available services and promote the NGO’s mission. Participate in outreach programs and workshops.
- **Empowerment**: Educate clients about their rights and available resources, fostering self-advocacy and independence.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues and volunteers to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in social care, community services, or related fields is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and cultural sensitivity.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of social welfare systems, mental health issues, and community resources.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle diverse client needs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
