If you're ready to be a part of a team that values creativity, joy, and creating unforgettable moments for kids, we'd love to hear from you As a Teaching in Science Workshops intern at Bluesparrow Events, you will have the opportunity to engage with students in a fun and educational environment. Your role will involve leading workshops that combine elements of science and art to inspire creativity and curiosity in young minds.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Curate wonderful scientific experiences for kids
2. Welcome and greet kids, answer questions, and provide support throughout the activity
3. Assist with instructions, including demonstrating techniques and providing feedback to kids
4. Help with managing materials and supplies, and coordinating with the operation manager for ordering, organizing, and restocking
5. Attend team meetings, and training sessions as required
6. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during activities, maintaining a clean and organized activity area
5. Assist in setting up and cleaning up workshop materials and spaces
7. Communicate effectively with parents and staff members to ensure a smooth and successful workshop experience

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to nicely interact with kids and parents.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Familiarity with various training delivery methods, including offline and virtual training.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize training initiatives effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data and metrics to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor training team members.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications in training and development are a plus.
