**Role -**
- Conducting Teachers Training with Government School Teachers discussion with Department for Science Based Education implementation.
- Conducting & Performing Experiential Training to Teachers in Integrated Science Lab.
- Develop Science Based learning activities and hands-on materials for training sessions for Teachers.
- Devise innovative strategies and plans to enhance the learning experience for teachers.
- Conduct practical sessions on topics including Science concepts by Experiments,Exposure
visits,Events,Exhibition visits,Expert visits, etc. for creating an understanding for Teachers to
implement it practically in the classroom..
- Monitor the progress of teachers during training sessions and provide constructive feedback
for improvement.
- Prepare and submit all necessary reports related to teachers' training and sessions in a timely
manner to the Department/Stakeholder.
- Assessment to assess teachers' understanding of their growth on defined Parameters.
- Implementing Science Based Education into Classroom transactions.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with teachers and ensure regular
communication.
- Designing and updating the Science Based training curriculum and focusing on regular
implementation of Lab Activities by giving Exposure of the concept.
- Assist in the development of new training strategies and resources.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in implementing Science Based concepts in their classroom Practices.
- Participate in the evaluation and improvement of the Science Based training program.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in STEM education.
- Updating about the progress & impact of the Program to the Department/Stakeholders and
also meeting them for getting permissions related to Teacher’s
Training, Assessment,Integrated Science Lab,etc...

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
