**Qualifications**:

- B.Arch in Landscape Architecture with 1-2 years of experience or B.Arch with 2 years of experience in Landscape Design.
- Expertise in AUTOCAD, REVIT, BIM, and project delivery.
- Proficient in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects.
- Skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project expectations.
- Develop and deliver project documentation according to specified stages and requirements.
- Manage project resources efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Prepare BOQs and cost estimates, and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

**Work Details**:

- **Location**: Seshadripuram, Bengaluru - 560020
- **Hours**: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, 6 days a week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:
