Job role - **Architect with landscape experience**

**Job Description**:

- The ideal person should have strong capability of working with Auto CAD, have good understanding of detailing with minimum input from senior landscape architects, be able to take concept drawings and prepare construction documents with little guidance and coordinate with clients and at site.
- This person will work in support of landscape architects in the production of construction documents and presentation drawings for multiple projects.
- Experience in preparing BOQsquantity take-offs and knowledge of Sketch Up is a plus.
- The person needs to have interest in landscape architecture field, with a strong commitment to the ethics and principles of the company, dedicated to providing the highest standards with attention to detail, impeccable time management abilities and be highly responsible and capable to meet deadlines be open to learn new things, have strong communication skills, determination, persistence, willing to collaborate with co-workers and enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging environment, be proactive to get the work done and update seniors and timely communication and coordination with clients, able to do site supervision if required, are an essential part of this job role.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Should be capable to allocate work to juniors and get the work done on time.
- Should be technically sound in Landscape architecture.
- good in communication and coordination
- trouble shooting at site

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Barch with landscape experience is appreciated
- previously Landscape experience is must

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
