About the Role:
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- “Minimum of 2 years of experience”in a design coordination or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and a self-starter attitude.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Knowledge in graphic design and video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with project planning and budgeting tools/software.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and support the design team across various phases of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with project goals.
- Assist in developing project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Oversee design documentation, schedules, and deliverables to meet quality and compliance standards.
- Monitor design progress, flag potential risks, and proactively suggest solutions.
- Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders and maintain updated records.
- Lead meetings, prepare reports, and present updates to internal and external teams.
- Drive innovation and contribute creative input to enhance design concepts and processes.
- Maintain accurate tracking of budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of design solutions.
- Ensure all design outputs align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
