Job Summary

As a Furniture and Interior Designer at DTH, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing customized furniture pieces and interior layouts. This role combines creativity with technical precision, as you will work on a range of projects—from residential interiors to custom furniture design—delivering outstanding results that align with client specifications and design trends.

Key Responsibilities
- **Furniture Design**: Create unique, functional, and aesthetically appealing furniture designs tailored to client specifications. This includes 3D modeling, material selection, and preparation of detailed drawings.
- **Interior Layout Design**: Design interior layouts that optimize space usage, aesthetic harmony, and comfort, while meeting project goals and client expectations.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget constraints. Provide design proposals, sketches, and mood boards to convey concepts.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure that designs are executed to specifications and delivered within timeline and budget.
- **Material & Finish Selection**: Select materials, finishes, and colors that complement the design while meeting durability and budgetary considerations.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on the latest interior and furniture design trends, bringing fresh ideas to each project and ensuring that designs reflect contemporary standards.
- **3D Visualization**: Utilize 3D modeling and rendering software to create realistic visualizations of interior and furniture designs, enabling clients to preview the final look.
- **Space Optimization**: Strategize layouts that maximize the functionality and visual appeal of each space, considering factors like lighting, flow, and ergonomics.
- **Documentation & Presentation**: Prepare detailed design documents, mood boards, and presentation materials to communicate design intent and specifications effectively.
- **Quality Control**: Oversee production and installation as needed, ensuring that final products align with the design vision and meet quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Furniture or Interior Designer, preferably within a design firm or studio.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, or other 3D modeling tools. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- **Creativity**: Strong design sensibility with the ability to create innovative solutions that balance aesthetics and functionality.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas to clients and team members.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail in design work and technical documentation.
- **Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
