Job Description: As an Entry-level Commerce Graduate at M D MOVERS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting and compliance functions. Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for data entry, ledger reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience in a dynamic industry and grow within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Entry: Accurately inputting financial data into our custom ERP accounting software, ensuring completeness and precision.
- Ledger Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers with vendor and customer records, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Compliance: Assisting in maintaining compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies, including tax filings, regulatory submissions, and documentation management.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
- Reporting: Generating standard reports on a regular basis to support management decision-making and financial analysis.
- Support: Providing administrative support to the Accounting team as needed, including filing, scanning, and other general office duties.
- Billing: Assisting billing team in making bills and filing.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
