**Responsibilities**: - Coordination with team leader and keeping track of project progress, fund utilization and project impact. - To develop suitable IEC materials to complement the project theme i.e. promotion of eco-friendly practices and sustainable lifestyle usage to compliment the educational activities under the project - Implement projects including; training of school children in environmental awareness activities, conducting workshops with schools on various environment-related topics etc, engaging schools and citizens in various awareness activities through collaboration with multiple stakeholders. - Develop project monitoring tools and trackers and deploy the same to monitor the projects regularly. - Liaise, communicate, interact effectively and manage partnerships with the internal and external stakeholders of the project for the successful implementation. - Overall management of the project activities, including budgeting and basic account maintenance - Maintaining documents related to the project separately for each activity ensures timely and effective completion. **Profile Requisites**: - Bachelor/Masters in Environment Science/ Social Work or any other relevant field experience. - Minimum of 2 to 3 years (in the field of environment or relevant social projects with focus on behaviour change) - Ability to interact and connect effectively with a wide range of stakeholders - Great command of MS Office - Efficient in community outreach and mobilization skills - Basic knowledge and understanding about the field of environment and be able to provide relevant inputs for successful execution of the project activities - Must be efficient in communicating in English and Hindi; both written and oral communication (efficiency in Marathi will be an added advantage) - Pune for coordinating program activities. **Job location**: Pune, Maharashtra **Project Duration**: 6 Months (October to March 22) **Job type**: Contractual **Remuneration**: Subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit; the salary range is INR 30000/month for 6-month contract based project
