We are hiring field executives for Cooch Behar and Alipore Duar location.
- **Client Visits**: Conducting visits to clients, customers, or prospects to promote products or services, gather feedback, or address concerns.
- **Sales and Marketing**: Actively promoting and selling products or services to potential customers in designated geographical areas or market segments.
- **Lead Generation**: Generating leads through various means such as cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, networking events, or referrals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions or assistance as required.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Demonstrating the features and benefits of products or services to potential customers to persuade them to make a purchase.
- **Market Research**: Gathering market intelligence, such as competitor analysis, customer preferences, and industry trends, to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- **Order Processing**: Handling orders, processing payments, and ensuring timely delivery of products or services to customers.
- **Reporting**: Providing regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, market conditions, and other relevant metrics to management.
- **Problem Solving**: Addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to higher management when necessary.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while conducting field activities.
- **Training and Development**: Participating in training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- **Target Achievement**: Meeting or exceeding sales targets, quotas, or performance objectives set by the company.
- **Travel**: Traveling to different locations within assigned territories or regions to carry out field activities.
