**Role Overview**

We are looking for passionate and skilled Early Years Educators to join our founding team. As an educator at Kind, you will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children (ages 2-6) can thrive socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively. You will implement Kind’s unique curriculum while personalising learning to meet the needs of every child.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, prepare and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with Kind’s curriculum.
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and safe learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Track and document children’s development, sharing regular progress updates with parents.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support holistic growth.
- Incorporate play-based, inquiry-led, and experiential methods to make learning engaging.
- Support the social and emotional well-being of every child.
- Maintain classroom discipline, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Continuously develop teaching practices through training and reflection.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Education / Psychology, or relevant certification (NTT, Montessori, ECCE).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with preschool or early years children.
- Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity, patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to diverse learners.
- Passion for building an innovative and child-centred preschool experience.
