**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Implementation**:

- Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote holistic child development, including social skills, language development, creativity, and pre-academic skills.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage young learners and accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- **Child Observation and Assessment**:

- Conduct ongoing observation and assessment of children's progress and development, maintaining accurate records of observations and milestones.
- Use assessment data to inform instructional practices and individualize learning experiences to meet the unique needs of each child.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Implement positive behavior management strategies and teach children social-emotional skills to foster self-regulation and cooperation.
- **Parent Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on their child's progress, share information about classroom activities, and solicit parental involvement and feedback.
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to support children's learning and development both at home and at school.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education and child development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the school community.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom, adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the classroom environment and teach children good hygiene practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood education setting preferred.
- Knowledge of child development principles, early childhood education theories, and best practices.
- Creativity, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
