**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling and networking.
- Present and promote real estate properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a high school diploma with relevant experience may also be considered.
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
