Job Title: Master Teacher (Offline) - PCMB for JEE/NEET (On SIte)

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking highly qualified and experienced Master Teachers for Physics,

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans and study materials for JEE and NEET students
- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures to students in both offline classroom and online settings, utilizing a variety of teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles.
- Provide individualized attention and mentoring to students to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to improve their performance.
- Create and administer assessments, including practice exams, quizzes, and assignments, to evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, changes, and advancements in the JEE and NEET examination patterns, and incorporate them into the curriculum as needed.
- Collaborate with other Master Teachers and support staff to maintain a cohesive and structured learning environment for students.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior faculty members, as needed, to enhance their teaching skills and expertise.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development programs to continuously improve teaching practices and stay updated with the latest developments in the field of competitive examinations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and support for student success.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Tech/M.Tech/Master's degree or higher
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Experience in teaching students at the intermediate or higher secondary level, preferably in the context of JEE and NEET preparation.
- Familiarity with the latest examination patterns, syllabus, and trends in JEE and NEET examinations.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students, with the ability to inspire and motivate them to achieve their academic goals.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and needs of students.
- Proficiency in taking offline classes, technology and online platforms for teaching, assessments, and virtual classroom management will be an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and willingness to contribute to the overall growth and success of the institution.

**Experience**:
2+ Year as faculty for JEE/NEET coaching in reputed coaching institutes or integrated colleges.
