**Position**: Physics Academic Intern / Assistant (Non-Teaching Role)

We are looking for **MSc (Physics) graduates or current students** who are passionate about education and interested in contributing to the success of IIT-JEE/NEET aspirants. This role is ideal for those looking to gain experience in the academic support side of competitive coaching.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in improving the **online classroom experience** for Physics students
- **Assign and manage tests** and practice materials
- **Prepare academic progress reports** and performance summaries
- **Update and organise class materials** regularly
- Coordinate with teachers and backend staff for smooth academic flow

**Note**: This is a **non-teaching role** focused on academic support and backend coordination.

**Eligibility**:

- MSc (Physics) graduates or current postgraduates
- Strong interest in the IIT-JEE/NEET coaching field
- Good communication skills in English (Tamil is a plus)
- Familiarity with online tools and a structured approach to academic tasks

**Type**: Internship / Part-time (Work from Home)
**Location**: Remote
**Stipend**: Based on performance and involvement

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
