**JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATOR I - PDMS**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- As a Lead Engineer carry out PDMS admin activities for FEED or Proposal or Detailed Engineering work assuming entire responsibility and within budgeted man-hour and project schedules by maintaining required quality
- E3D/PDMS project setup & database management.
- ACR (Access control rights) creations for Database restriction.
- Reconfiguration of corrupted database.
- Preparation of 3D modeling procedure and implementation.
- E3D/PDMS catalogue customization and development.
- MDS customization of supports and modification of its forms and functions.
- Generating / Scheduling the review file from model through Auto Batch process.
- Configuration of clash manager and issuing the clash reports before each model review. Implementation of auto approval for false clashes.
- Draft symbol, label and backing sheet customization for drawing generation.
- Isodraft symbol customization in draft.
- Isodraft customization.
- Any kind of report extraction like MTO, Valve list, SP Item list, Inch dia Report etc. from model and template customization.
- Two-way Interface between PDMS to other 3D software’s like Tekla, Solid works, AutoCAD 3d etc.
- Knowledge in Importing other format files like. Stp, sdnf, dgn etc. in PDMS
- Monitoring of the Global transaction in PDMS/E3D global projects.
- Preparation of DICE, model inconsistency reports during model handover.
- Closeout of model and handover of PDMS/E3D project to client.
- PDMS user support and Trouble shooting.
- Conducting the PDMS User level training based on requirement.
- Experience in MDS (Multi discipline Support customization) and Area based ADP drawing Administration.
- Experience in Aveva Clash manager for clash management.
- Basic knowledge about PDMS/ERM interface.
- Check Quality of EIT modelling
- Loading of EIT CATALOGs, EIT vendor items
- Setting and extraction of EIT drawing and reports as per project requirement.
- Monitor health check report from PDMS/E3D for EIT models and keep the model in good condition.
- Closure of EIT gate review open points
- Closure of model closes out points related to EIT modelling during model hand over.
- Smooth handover of EIT model data to client
- Implementation of EIT automation in project (if required)

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline (Preferably Mechanical) Engineering with a minimum of 12 years’ experience as PDMS/E3D Administrator in Oil and Gas Industry projects.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience as PDMS/E3D Administrator in Onshore / Offshore projects.
- BIM set-up and execution knowledge, Information Management and E3D coordination.
- Knowledge of Managing the PDMS Global project setup and Administration.
- Good knowledge about PML1, PML2 coding and customization of additional utilities based on project requirement.
- Good knowledge about the 3D review software’s like Navis Simulate, Smart plant Review etc.
- Basic knowledge in 2D software like AutoCAD and MicroStation.
- Basic Knowledge of relevant international codes & standards like ANSI, ASME, API, MSS, BS, ISO, NACE etc.
