**Telecaller (Female Preferred) - Stocks & Investment**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Outreach**: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our financial products and services, particularly focusing on stocks and investment opportunities.
- **Information & Education**: Clearly explain the basics of the stock market, various investment instruments (e.g., mutual funds, equities, derivatives), and the benefits of opening a Demat and trading account with **Angel One**.
- **Lead Qualification**: Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment experience.
- **Query Resolution**: Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections related to stock market trading, investment products, and the Angel One platform.
- **Relationship Building**: Build rapport and foster positive relationships with prospective clients to encourage account opening and long-term engagement.
- **Data Management**: Accurately record all call details, client interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
- **Target Achievement**: Strive to meet and exceed daily/weekly call targets and client acquisition goals.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay updated with current market trends, financial news, and new offerings on the Angel One platform to provide relevant information to clients.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Minimum **2 months of proven hands-on experience as a Telecaller** or in a similar customer-facing role.
- **Foundational knowledge of stocks, investments, and financial markets.**:

- **Familiarity with the Angel One platform and its services** (trading, Demat account opening, etc.).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English and regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, etc.).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to handle objections professionally.

**Other Skills**:

- Ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow within the financial services industry.
