**Job Description - Assistant Manager - Content & Marketing**

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AM - Content & Marketing who will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing the overall company's content strategy. This person will manage the end to end creation & production of any online/offline marketing content.

**Experience**:
At Least 3 years of experience in a similar role. 4-6 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Developing a tone of voice for the brand that resonates with the core customer base and ensures the same is followed.
- Create high quality and engaging content which is aligned with the goals & objectives of the company and will help in creating brand awareness in the marketplace.
- Identify trends followed by competitors in the industry and keep oneself updated on the latest trends.
- Use different Digital Marketing tools to manage content across different social media platforms of the company, thereby increasing website traffic.
- Managing a content marketing budget.
- Driving marketing campaigns that translate to sales and brand promotion.
- Implementing SEO Best practices by conceptualizing, writing and editing SEO friendly content for the website - including blogs, product descriptions, website content and coordinating with the tech team for execution of the same.
- Working with the rest of the marketing team for campaign ideation and editorial calendar for the month and measuring results of the marketing activities to form better future campaigns
- Preparing reports and analysis of ongoing campaigns and planning the content calendar for the week/month/year.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in marketing, mass media, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.
- Proven experience in using digital marketing tools.
- Past experience in building audiences online & offline
- Experience in using social media analytics tools
- Ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
