**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and cold call potential customers to introduce them to our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide information about our products, pricing, and promotions.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding the customer base.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
