Ability to create detailed MEP services like mechanical, electrical, plumbing and firefighting., modelling and coordination using Revit MEP.
- Ability to read and understand various MEP drawings, plans, sections, schematics and mark-ups.
- Ability to independently carry out accurate 2D AutoCAD or 3D Revit MEP coordination for rooms, corridors, risers, plant areas, etc.
- Ability to work with the team to deliver detailed MEP coordination models/drawings within the allotted time frames and of the required quality.
- Sound knowledge of various aspects of building services, including HVAC, mechanical pipework for heating/cooling, domestic water supplies, gases, sprinklers and drainage systems.
- Has knowledge of how to get qty from model.

*
- ITI/NCTVT Certified HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing Draftsman with relevant experience.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- ITI / Technical Diploma with relevant work experience either in HVAC / Electrical / Mech. Pipework Sectors

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
