Join us to deliver Project Planning and Controls initiatives that directly shape our business success, from sourcing candidates to enhancing candidate experiences.Your Role- Review tender and IFC information (2D drawings, BIM models, asset data) per ISO19650 standards- Create and maintain Revit-based BIM models, including GA plans, sections, diagrams, and schedules- Perform clash detection and support clash avoidance coordination- Maintain clean, healthy BIM models following industry best practices- Update and revise models/documents based on RFIs, design changes, and site instructions- Identify inconsistencies in contract documents and flag them appropriately- Assist with as-built documentation and handover preparation- Work collaboratively in shared environments (CDE), supporting both internal and external teams- Follow project standards, templates, protocols, and document control procedures- Provide accurate technical responses to site queries and requestsWhat We’re Looking For- Technical Diploma in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering- Minimum 3 years of BIM experience on construction projects- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD- Familiarity with CDE platforms and coordination tools (Revizto, Navisworks)- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat- Understanding of BIM principles and workflows- Strong written and spoken English skillsWhat We Offer- Total package of salary, UAE Employment Visa, Medical Insurance & Annual ticket allowance.- The chance to contribute to some of the UAE's most iconic projects.- A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.- Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to Lead?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join ALEMCO and shape the future of infrastructure delivery in the UAE.Apply today and be part of something extraordinary.
