Hiring experienced freight brokers already working or left from previous US/Canada logistics sales process ( BPO ) in and around Chadigarh, Mohali, Zirakpur, Panchkula area only. We are the only company offering highest incentive slabs (30-35%) and current $ rates INR 82.73.

**Work from office.**

**Looking for freight broker specialists in OTR & Drayage both.**

**We are hiring experienced freight brokers only who are looking for long term career growth and do not adopt hire and fire strategies for short term or bulk hiring so there is no internal competition between them for shippers and every employee has maximum scope to work with shippers in the industry. There is no rush for bulk hiring as we do not believe in these type of hiring strategies.In our company there is no office politics and we dont let people go as we believe in hiring quality people, train them and give them full flexibility to make shippers and look for long term career with us.**

**No salary deductions for leaves, breaks during office hours, latecoming to office, attendance etc.**

Education is not a constraint.

Getting new shippers on-board to fetch more business in regards to loads.

Making long term relationships with shippers and carriers to grow company business.

Making sales margins by covering shipper loads.

Co-ordinating with accounting team for PODs, Invoicing and customer payments

**WHAT WE OFFER**:

**Incentives are paid as per present USD conversion rate in INR.**

5 days working Mon-Fri ( saturday and sunday is fixed off )

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
