**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary link between shippers and carriers to arrange and manage freight transportation.
- Source, negotiate, and secure carriers at competitive rates.
- Maintain and expand a strong carrier and customer network.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery with proactive communication.
- Handle contracts, rate confirmations, and compliance documentation.
- Resolve issues related to shipments, delays, or damages effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a freight broker in U.S. logistics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain carrier and client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. lanes, markets, and freight operations.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
