**Job Title: Freshers Internship**

**Job Overview**:
We have an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates and MBA holders to join our organization as interns in Kochi.

Mode: Offline internship

Duration : 6 months and is designed to provide valuable hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of our business. As an intern, you will work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain insights into your chosen field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist various departments, including Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, with day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within given timeframes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to internship activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Recent graduates or current students pursuing any degree program or MBA.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

**Location**: Kochi (This internship will be conducted offline at our Kochi office.)

**Duration**: 6 months
