**The IT Operation on site team is growing and we are looking for our new talent to join the family**:
Your mission will consist on recording and classifying complex IT service requests and IT incidents globally and process in second level support, in compliance with applicable ITSM processes, standards, and IT guidelines.

**Your Tasks**:

- Advise and instruct colleagues in solving complex inquiries in the area of office and shop floor.
- Supervise IT infrastructure in the first level support (restarting switches, configure switches etc.)
- Track local IT jobs and mark detected deviations.
- Analyze and clarify problems with internal and external partners (e.g. act as contact person and clarify technical issues related to PC-controlIed machines with the manufacturers, etc.)
- Create and provide Solutions for complex problems for the Solutions database, according to predetermined guidelines.
- Process IT Service requests and IT incidents in second level support at SOM in compliance with applicable ITSM processes, Standards, and IT guidelines.
- Conduct work packages in IT Service requests and IT and carline projects in SOM.
- Assist in development and maintain the hardware and Software asset management.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
- A first Experience in a similar position or in the IT field will be an advantage
- Excellent IT knowledge in Client-Server-Technologies, Networking (LAN / WAN)
- A valid Microsoft Certification will be an advantage
- Understanding of logistics Systems (JIT/JIS environment).
- Excellent English (speaking and writing), German will be an asset.
