IDC Global Pvt Ltd is headquartered in Bangalore, India and is a company originally established in 2016.

As part of its portfolio of brand the company has multiple brands namely, Magari, Yavanika & Treelight Design Magari & Yavanika are currently present in Bangalore and Hyderabad with each store being over 10,000 sqft and are going to continue to expand its presence across the country.

Magari currently retails Furniture, Kitchens & Wardrobes, and also has Fabric & Furnishings in its stores retailed under the name of Yavanika. Treelight Design is amongst the leading Architecture & Interior Design firms in the country who's projects range across residential, commercial, hospitality, F&B and retail.

**Description**:
We are looking for an experienced salesperson, you will greet customers enthusiastically and determine their needs. You will recommend products and services based on their wants, explain the products, answer questions, and demonstrate how products are. You must have an excellent working knowledge of current promotions and sales events, payment and exchange policies, and security practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure high levels of consumer satisfaction by providing superior sales service
- Assess customers’ needs and provide information and assistance on product services and features
- Drive sales with product knowledge and market-driven enthusiasm
- Maintain presentable and in-stock condition of assigned sections of the store
- Actively seek out consumers shopping in store and offer assistance
- Discuss products offered and available alternatives.
- Cross-sell merchandise and services
- Ensure proper customer service by teaming with co-workers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Proven working experience in retail sales
- Working knowledge of market and consumer requirements and dynamics
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of over-achieving sale quota
- Proficiency of sales principles and customer service practices

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
