**Job Summary**:The Fleet Executive will be responsible for overseeing the entire electric vehicle fleet operations within the city. This includes monitoring utilization, ensuring timely service and maintenance, managing vendor coordination, and supervising the technical team. The role also includes secondary responsibilities like maintaining warehouse hygiene and arranging backup solutions for fleet issues.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the entire EV Vehicle fleet of the city to ensure optimal operation.
- Achieve maximum fleet utilization through efficient scheduling and planning.
- Ensure regular servicing and maintenance of all fleet vehicles.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of spare parts and supplies.
- Conduct daily battery and vehicle counting to maintain accurate fleet records.
- Perform weekly health checkups of the fleet to ensure vehicle safety and readiness.
- Follow up with dealers for warranty claims and vehicle issues.
- Monitor technician performance to ensure maintenance standards and service timelines.Track GPS devices daily to ensure proper route management and vehicle tracking. Secondary Responsibilities:

- Maintain warehouse hygiene and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Make backup arrangements for vehicle breakdowns and low battery issues to avoid service disruption.
**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in any discipline; a diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in fleet operations or logistics preferred.
- Good knowledge of EVs and battery performance metrics is an advantage.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle vendor negotiations and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and GPS tracking systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
