
Branch Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
1. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for the branch.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, individual students, and partnerships with schools/colleges.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and upselling.
Marketing and Promotion:
1. Promote our educational programs and services through various channels (e.g., social media, events, seminars).
2. Organize and participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.
Customer Engagement:
1. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns.
2. Conduct needs assessments to understand customers' requirements.
3. Offer tailored solutions and recommendations.
Operations and Administration:
1. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases.
2. Manage sales documentation, including contracts and agreements.
3. Ensure compliance with institute policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of sales experience in the education industry (preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
