**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Design & Drafting**:

- Assist in creating architectural designs, plans, and layouts using CAD software.
- Support in developing 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations.
- Modify and refine designs based on feedback from senior architects and clients.

**Project Coordination**:

- Work closely with senior architects, engineers, and contractors to understand project requirements.
- Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Participate in site visits, surveys, and inspections to gain practical experience.

**Research & Innovation**:

- Research materials, construction techniques, and sustainability solutions.
- Stay updated with architectural trends, building codes, and local regulations.
- Assist in concept development and brainstorming sessions.

**Client & Team Support**:

- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and client communication materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including interior designers and landscape architects.
- Maintain organized project documentation and digital files.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)** from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and other design software**.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing academic or freelance projects.
- Excellent creativity, visualization, and technical drawing skills.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Internship experience in an architectural firm (if any).
- Basic knowledge of **building codes and construction techniques**.
- Interest in **sustainable architecture and green building practices**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
