This is a research-based company that is into the continuous development of new medical devices. Currently, AgVa Healthcare is dealing in manufacturing the world's most cost-effective ventilators and portable ventilators. AgVa Healthcare is the inventor of the world's smallest, cheapest yet most advanced ventilator. It is common knowledge that the number of ventilators is woefully inadequate in government and private hospitals with even Delhi having an acute scarcity of ventilator beds.

**Location - A-1, Sector 83, Noida**

**Duties & Responsibility**:

- Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement)
- Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements
- Produce outline designs
- Conduct experiments methodically, analyse data and interpret results
- Test and evaluate theoretical designs
- Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems
- Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety
- Alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions
- Estimate budget and scope of project
- Solicit observations from operators
- Prepare product reports and documentation
- Engage in lifelong learning and develop new theories or methods

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
