What you’ll be doing:

- Plan and coordinate all aspects of projects/sprints from initiation through delivery- Expected to manage sprint details, stories, and progress using Jira-
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and refinements-
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices-
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders like Product Owner, Developer, QA, and Web Designers and plan and prioritize backlog for upcoming releases and iterations-
- Manage conflicts and facilitate problem-solving within the Agile teams-
- Facilitate team progress by addressing and removing any blockers and proactively managing project delivery risks and issues-
- Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders- Monitor team performance, velocity and sprint sizing and identify areas for improvement

What you’ll bring:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and experience in managing large and complex agile projects- Extensive knowledge of Agile project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines-
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement)-
- Expertise in Scrum & Kanban model-
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members-
- Experience working with distributed teams and stakeholders- Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques, specifically Jira and Confluence
