Key Responsibilities:
Executive Coordination and Event Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO, CTO, and other team members. Facilitate communication, coordinate schedules, and manage events, including scheduling, reminders, and logístical support to ensure their timely attendance and participation.

Sales Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the activities of the sales team. Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Social Media Oversight: Oversee the marketing team’s social media postings, particularly on LinkedIn, to ensure content is engaging and aligns with the company's strategic goals.

Operational Problem Solving and Data Management: Address and resolve operational issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to business activities. Manage data related to sales and expenses, analyse data to predict future trends, and help develop strategic plans to enhance business growth.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.

Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
