Should be organized and focused on delivering research tasks within defined deadlines

Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills

Excellent coding skills are essential

Should be well trained on SAP ABAP/ basic working knowledge in SAP ABAP

Must have good understanding of business processes related to SAP

Must have the ability to explain technical information to non-technical people
- PersonalShould have understanding of business objectives and organization structure

Must be highly collaborative and team oriented with commitment to excellence
- Preferred Skills- JobSelf-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independently

Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team on business-critical projects

Should be trained on all ABAP objects (RICEF)

Having SAP Certification is an advantage

Should have expert knowledge of database management systems

Should have good understanding on Dictionary, Report, Interfaces, Dialog Programming, Enhancements, Forms, Aptitude and Data Interpretation skill
- PersonalAbility to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approach

Negotiation and persuasion skills are required to work with partners and implement changes
