**Required Qualifications**

**Technical Skills**
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience
- **Core ABAP**: Strong knowledge of ABAP programming fundamentals, syntax, and concepts
- **Development Objects**: Experience with reports, module pools, function modules, and classes
- **Data Dictionary**: Knowledge of tables, views, domains, data elements, and search helps
- **Enhancement Techniques**: Understanding of user exits, customer exits, and enhancement points
- **Forms**: Experience with SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, or Adobe Forms

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Knowledge of OOPs concepts in ABAP
- Understanding of SAP Basis concepts
