**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop new formulations for sports nutrition products such as protein blends, amino acid supplements, energy drinks, pre/post-workouts, and meal replacements.**:

- Conduct **ingredient research** to identify new actives and functional components that support athletic performance and recovery.
- Handle **pilot-scale trials**, product stability testing, and sensory evaluation.
- Prepare **technical documentation**—formulation sheets, BOMs, specifications, COAs, and product dossiers.
- Collaborate with production, QA, QC, and marketing teams for product scale-up and market launch.
- Evaluate and approve new raw materials, ensuring supplier and ingredient compliance with **FSSAI and international regulations**.
- Conduct **competitive product benchmarking** and cost optimization for formulations.
- Stay updated with the latest global trends, technologies, and scientific advancements in sports nutrition.
- Ensure all R&D activities follow **GMP, FSSAI, and quality standards**.
- MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN THE SAME (SPORTS NUTRITION)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
