**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential students to understand their educational needs and goals.
- Provide detailed information about EDUSHARK’s courses, programs, and any ongoing promotional offers.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to the team’s overall sales goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the education industry and EDUSHARK’s offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in event promotion and lead generation activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Keep the sales area presentable, with all necessary material available for clients and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for education and helping others achieve their learning objectives.

**Education**:

- A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
