JOB ROLE AND RESPONSOBILITIES: Sales Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The job role is connect with students and enrol students for training courses which will be for PAN India branches. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing relations with the students, guiding students and reaching the sales target.

To connect with leads and convince them for Goggle meet

To counsel students on the courses that we provide and convert them to enrol.

Achieve monthly given targets.

Responding to enquiries of students.

Conduct regular follow-ups with students to ensure conversion.

Being updated with the training services that we provide in our training centres.

Achieve monthly given targets.

Updating the lead status in the CRM.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree

Experienced required
- 1 year

Must have a laptop.

Excellent convincing and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and time management skills

Working target based.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Belgaum, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
