**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling & Lead Generation**: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company’s products and services.
- **Client Engagement**: Effectively communicate with decision-makers at various companies and build strong relationships.
- **Prospect Qualification**: Identify customer needs, qualifying leads, and forwarding them to the sales team for follow-up.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update records of all interactions and calls made, ensuring detailed and accurate lead tracking.
- **Follow-ups**: Manage ongoing communication and follow-up activities with potential clients to keep them engaged.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- **Feedback & Reporting**: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer reactions and market trends.
- **Product Knowledge**: Continuously improve your knowledge of the company’s products and services to better inform potential clients.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: 0-1 year of experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or a similar role in sales is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication, both in English and any regional language as required.
- **Persuasion & Negotiation**: Strong persuasive skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively over the phone.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Ability to work towards and achieve performance metrics and KPIs.
- **Professionalism**: Positive attitude, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
