**Job Summary**

The Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications, providing drug-related information, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. They collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and comply with all regulatory and organizational standards.

**Key ResponsibilitiesMedication Dispensing**:

- Accurately fill and dispense prescribed medications.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of medications.

**Patient Counseling**:

- Provide patients with clear instructions on medication usage, potential side effects, and storage.
- Address patient inquiries about prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Advise patients on health-related issues, including lifestyle and diet.

**Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals**:

- Consult with physicians and other healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and recommend appropriate therapies.
- Participate in developing and reviewing treatment plans.

**Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Maintain inventory levels and ensure the availability of essential medications.
- Conduct regular stock checks and manage expired medications.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Adhere to all legal, ethical, and organizational standards for pharmaceutical practice.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, patient histories, and controlled substances.
- Ensure compliance with drug storage and safety regulations.

**Education and Training**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
- Train and supervise pharmacy technicians and assistants.

**QualificationsEducation**:

- Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacy license in good standing with the relevant regulatory authority.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting (preferred).

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and systems.

**Work Conditions**
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Compliance with infection control and safety protocols.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Accuracy in prescription dispensing.
- Patient satisfaction scores.
- Adherence to inventory management targets.
- Compliance with regulatory audits and reviews.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:
