Roles and ResponsibilityMaster Trainer/ Center Trainer - Aptitude & Communication Skills

**Job Description**:

Deliver end to end training for trainees in Quantitative/ Verbal Reasoning/ Logical
Reasoning and other parts of Aptitude.
Deliver Communication/ Soft skills/ Interpersonal skills related training that empowers
youth to take up employment
Deliver training using innovative methods including activity based learning, role plays,
experiential learning and consistently evaluate the quality and impact of training
Conduct online video-based trainings with excellent platform skills
Maintain reports and run the content on internal systems
Evaluating and grading training assignments of trainees and conducting feedback.
Categorizing the areas of improvement at an individual level or group level
Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and
service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.
Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
Increase student skills and ability to meet the needs of corporate placement
Assisting students one to one in learning
Counselling students regularly to ensure fewer dropouts
Prerequisites:

Strong hold in Aptitude and Communication skills training.
Excellent training delivery skills both online and offline.
Hands-on using or quick in learning internal tools/ systems
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)
Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude
Commitment and ownership
Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in training
Proficient in MS Office
Critical thinking and decision making
Mentoring and Coaching skills
Qualification and Work Experience
Graduate (Any Specialization)/ Maths or Post Graduate (Any Specialization)/ - Maths
3 + years of relevant experience in imparting Aptitude and communication skills
