Job Title: Communication Skills Trainer/Designation at Equivalent Grade- Level: SME or TL- Reporting To: Team Manager/Designation at Equivalent Grade or higher grade (not in an individual- contributor role)- RoleConduct training need identification/analysis based on the job requirement and performance of- the medical scribes.Curate, create and customise - Language and Communication trainings and assessments.Maintain and update training material (based on feedback received from the stakeholders) on an- ongoing basis.Facilitate ILT/VILT sessions on English Language capability development (Listening skills, US- accent comprehension, Grammar etc.)Follow the training related communication and documentation process (Launch mails, Status- update mails, Completion mails, Attendance marking etc.)Coach and provide one-on-one feedback to the participants.To ensure the training compliance of the participants is met as per the required timelinesGather training efficiency and effectiveness data through surveys, assessments etc.Analyse and report insights from the data and suggest ways to improve the training- interventions.Support the knowledge management process (Acquisition, storage, distribution, retrieval etc.)To conduct trainer certification for the new trainers and facilitate refresher trainings for all the- associates as and when requiredManage the end-to-end implementation of small to mid-sized customised communication- interventions.Contribute towards initiatives related to training content redesign, digitisation etc.Develop and implement new strategies based on changes and growth within the service and- product space.Create dashboard and publish reports - daily, weekly, monthly (as per the BU requirement).Responsible for completion of day-to-day work within the agreed service level agreements- (SLAs).- Skills5+ years of experience in voice and accent trainingKnowledge and understanding of native US accentStrong knowledge of English Grammar and Sound FoundationExcellent communication skills, both spoken and writtenExcellent inter-personal skillsUnderstanding of the Common European Framework of Reference (preferred)CEFR proficiency - C1 low or aboveKnowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power point- NOTE: Associate needs to work from office in US shifts (EST)**Job Information**:
