**Position Overview**:
The Digital Cable TV and Broadband Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales in both B2B and B2C segments, developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and achieving sales targets. This role focuses on promoting digital cable TV and broadband services, increasing market penetration, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales and Business Development**
- Identify and approach potential customers in B2B and B2C segments for digital cable TV and broadband services.
- Generate leads through market research, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

**2. Account Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, housing societies, and individual customers.
- Act as the point of contact for key accounts, ensuring consistent communication and addressing concerns.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and provide solutions to enhance customer experience.

**3. Territory Management**
- Manage and expand sales within assigned territories in Mumbai and surrounding areas.
- Conduct regular visits to prospective and existing clients to increase engagement and retention.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

**4. Reporting and Coordination**
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with technical teams for service installations and issue resolution.

**5. Marketing and Brand Building**
- Promote services through digital and offline channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and corporate gatherings to showcase products and services.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for service improvements based on customer insights.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1- 3 years of sales experience in the broadband or cable TV industry, with exposure to B2B and B2C sales.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with the digital cable TV and broadband industry in Mumbai.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai and surrounding areas.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
