We’re hiring a Senior Script Writer to lead weekly originals across our slate. You’ll develop platform-ready scripts that work for digital and long-form cuts—clear hooks, clean structure, rigorous sourcing, and editor-friendly visual beats. You’ll collaborate closely with researchers, editors, and designers to translate ideas into compelling, publishable episodes. write in a clear, modern voice (Roman Hindi or English as required by the show). keep paragraphs modular for edit flexibility. 2) Research & Verification Build source decks per episode: books, archives, credible journalism, papers, govt records. Cross-check timelines, names, claims; Flag legal/ethical risks (defamation, living persons, sensitive claims) and propose safe phrasings. 3) Packaging Support ~ Work with the team to incorporate data/feedback and improve retention, clarity, and pacing week over week. 4–8 years of non-fiction/script writing for digital/documentary content. ~ Proven research discipline and citation hygiene. ~ Platform sense: attention-driving openings, tight structure, and audience-friendly language. ~ Experience writing for anchors/VO; Basic sheet hygiene (sources log, outline → draft → revision tracking). Lead writing on originals with national resonance. Multi-platform exposure: digital now, repackaging for wider distribution.
